Administrative Internship

Seeking an organized, detail-oriented person who is interested and invested in the administrative responsibilities of running a theatre company. Specific duties will include researching grants and creating a database, organizing and archiving digital files, and participating in artistic planning meetings. Interested applicants must have good writing and communication skills and be familiar with Word, Excel, Dropbox, and Google Drive. This position will illuminate the details and responsibilities that are the backbone of sustaining a non-profit organization. This is a great opportunity for individuals with an interest in development and administration and artistic leadership.

 

TIME COMMITMENT: 10 – 15 hrs/week & consistent attendance at Producing Artistic Leadership Team meetings

Creative Producing & Special Events Internship

Seeking a determined person who will is willing to take a task or problem and run with it. Interested applicants must be comfortable with seeing jobs through to completion. Specific duties will include playing a critical role in our developmental workshop of WHAT TO SEND UP WHEN IT GOES DOWN by Aleshea Harris, creating innovative community engagement and marketing strategies for summer/fall events, and being involved in the development of our season programming. This is a great opportunity for individuals with an interest in event planning, producing, or stage managing. 

 

TIME COMMITMENT: Dependent on the needs of the workshop; roughly 10 – 15 hrs/week & consistent attendance at Producing Artistic Leadership Team meetings
