Deadria is a New York City based creative producer. With The Movement, she has developed and produced numerous new works by emerging artists of color, most recently The Cotillion written and directed by Colette Robert, What To Send Up When It Goes Down by Aleshea Harris, directed by Whitney White and And She Would Stand Like This by Harrison David Rivers, directed by David Mendizábal and choreography by Kia LaBeija. Harrington was a Time Warner Foundation Fellow of the 2012-2014 Producers Lab at Women’s Project Theater, a Next Generation Leader of Color at the 2014 Latinx Theatre Commons National Convening, has participated in artEquity’s National Facilitator Training, and is a member of New York Foundation for the Arts Executive Leaders of Color Incubator. She has consulted with artEquity and SITI Company, and is the Director of Artistic Operations at New Georges, Board Chair of the Alliance of Resident Theatres/NY and a Vassar College graduate.

Eric is an OBIE Award-winning actor, writer, producer, comedian and audiobook narrator committed to creating work that inspires communities of color to embrace joy and possibility. A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Eric is a founder and Producing Artistic Leader of The Movement and also a founder of Harlem9. His producing credits with the organizations include the acclaimed What to Send Up When It Goes Down, Look Upon Our Lowliness, The Cotillion and Harlem9’s “48Hours in…” festivals, notably  “48Hours in… Harlem”.

As a co-creator, writer, and performer, Eric helped develop the comedic web series Blacker, exploring race, privilege, and identity. His short film The Jump, which he wrote, produced, and starred in, earned the Audience Award for Best Narrative Short at the BlackStar Film Festival. His theatrical writing includes Blacken the Bubble, Without Trace, and the Afrofuturist epic Sweet Chariot. Solo show work includes: Last Laugh, Asking For More and We The People (Not the Bots) Acting credits include Choir Boy, Black Odyssey, Luke Cage, First Reformed, and The Inheritance.

Eric also produces Melanin Madness, an entertainment experience celebrating Black and Brown culture through interactive screenings, games, music, and communal play. As an audiobook narrator, his work includes the award-winning Listen to Your Sister in addition to titles Balancing Act, Heart’s Gambit and the series Game of Pets by Aaron Blabey. Across disciplines, Eric creates entertaining experiences that connect audiences through laughter, storytelling, and possibility.

Ryan is a queer, biracial New York-based director and producer interested in the exploration of emotional growth, otherness, human connection, and morality.

David Mendizábal is a Helen Hayes and Lucille Lortel Award-winning director, designer, and the Associate Artistic Director / Director of In Dialogue at Berkeley Repertory Theatre. They serve as one of the Producing Artistic Leaders of the Obie award-winning The Movement Theatre Company and is a founding collective member of the Obie award-winning Sol Project.
